It's sad when a network has to start promotionally capitalizing on dangerous issues that students have to deal with EVERYDAY to boost ratings. Hey MTV, does this saying ring a bell, "Don't Shoot Yourself In The Foot (Plaxico Burress style)"?? You know you have hit rock bottom when you have to start convincing actors 15 year old actors, 3 million viewers, and a culture (you have lead for the past 15 years) that the lifestyle your promoting is "The Way", News Flash.....its not.
2 Timothy 3:1-7 says: But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people. They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.
MTV, right now you have "WORMED" your way into at least 3 million homes and "OK'd" desires that kill people from the inside out. You have had so much influence on so many generations up to this point but a line has been crossed. I have crossed many lines in my life too but I have people around me that can bring me back and help me see the dangers in what line I crossed. Its called ACCOUNTABILITY and if you don't have it around you, its deadly. From what I see Taco Bell is the closest thing you have. Call them and ask them "What Happened"??? I have two words for Taco Bell, who pulled its ads for the show (Taco Bell Article): THANK YOU
